Format
Directories are A5 size (148mm x 210mm) and are printed on high quality
glossy paper with a thick cover. The weight and quality of the paper stock
helps differentiate the directories from standard 'junk mail'.
Typically directories contain between 36 and 52 pages. Thick enough to be
comprehensive, whilst remaining thin enough so that readers can be expected
to flip through each page.
Content
Directories contain useful information such as a calendar and list of local
phone numbers. The majority of content though is advertising material. We
usually design client ads to be very informative, giving them an editorial
type style.
To maximise the effectiveness of advertiser content we maintain a policy of
exclusivity within each business category. Once you have secured a position
in a directory, we will not advertise for any of your competitors in the
same publication.
Distribution
Directories are distributed to letterboxes once every two months. Our
distribution network comprises both Australia Post and private contractors,
with the aim of achieving the highest possible coverage and ensuring that
directories do not arrive in letterboxes together with a larger quantity of
other material.
